I have taken the opportunity at the request of a number of bowlers to reproduce under Obituaries the “Member Profile” that Richard Hart wrote for his Presentation Evening at Essex County Bowls Club - I hope no one will object as I am sure many will find it interesting and a worthwhile memory of an outstanding bowler.
